This study aims to determine the capacity level of horticultural farmer groups in talaga kodok hamlet, Leihitu district, Central Maluku regency and for what factors are related regency. research will be conducted at Horticultural Farmer Group Telaga Kodok Hamlet, District, Regency 1 month, from October 2022 – November 2022. The data collected by observation interviews were then analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis. group telaga hamlet consists ten registered but eight active groups, some which changed names because existence is only a formality make it easier get help government other parties. toad based on routine activities task distribution obtained an average score 2.60 high categories, adequate facilitation 1.33 low farming experience 2.30 norms rules 2.16 categories achievements 1.23 categories.
